Today kicks off the annual Kellen Company Managers Summit in Atlanta. Over one hundred of our company’s leaders  gather for our annual three day conference where we’ll discuss the trends and challenges facing our clients.

The best part of the Summit is the sharing of ideas. For our employees, the Summit is an opportunity to increase skills, learn new skills, work with colleagues from other offices and learn more about the client work we’ve been doing on a global basis. Our employees will present to each other new approaches we’ve tested in the last year and how they’ve worked for our clients. That’s the value of our association management company. Although our clients’ industries range from asphalt roofing to interior design to research chefs, the ideas we share at the Summit can often be applicable to associations or society of any shape and size. Our own colleagues can be a tremendous resource to each other. I am sure many of them will return to their respective offices this week ready to test out some exciting new ideas. Each year, I leave feeling informed and inspired.

Kellen Company’s mission is “To deliver solutions, opportunities and innovations for our clients.” Many of our innovations will likely arise in the next few days and I am looking forward to see where they take us and our clients.
